Own integration program plans for complex enterprise engagements, including milestones, dependencies, timelines, feature requests, governance, RACI structures, communications, and project-health reporting. Manage full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles across the United States and Canada. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring managers on requirements and hiring strategies, advising on market conditions and recruiting funnels, managing candidate experiences, and improving recruiting processes. The role requires strong knowledge of B2B SaaS hiring, data-driven recruiting, ATS tools, People Operations, and fast-paced startup environments.

Lead end-to-end data and ML pipelines for onboarding and fraud decisions: ingest streaming and batch sources, build feature platform and entity resolution, productionize ML models, enforce PII/data governance, and set technical direction while mentoring engineers and ensuring low-latency, reliable serving.

Manage key customer accounts and ensure satisfaction by maximizing ROI from Sardine's fraud prevention products, while collaborating with internal teams.

Design and run evaluation frameworks to assess third-party vendor data for fraud detection. Build lift analyses, backtests, and champion/challenger tests; profile vendor datasets for quality and coverage; collaborate with fraud, product, and data engineering to define ingestion and testing requirements; translate findings into actionable recommendations and maintain an internal knowledge base; support ad hoc analyses on fraud trends and model performance.

Lead Sardine's federal GTM: build and qualify pipeline, manage capture cycles through contract award, engage agency stakeholders and SIs, coordinate demos with solutions engineering, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and represent the company at federal industry events.
