Provide remote-first technical support for employees across ChromeOS and MacOS. Administer and maintain SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Atlassian), manage in-office AV, networking, and peripherals, improve IT processes and knowledge base, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure a secure, user-friendly digital environment. Support hours align to 9am-5pm Pacific, with occasional travel.

Support daily cash management and liquidity across corporate and regulatory entities by processing ACH files, wire transfers, and bank reporting. Reconcile daily bank reports, assist monthly close and audit preparation, maintain treasury documentation, and recommend banking services and controls. Participate in strategic projects and automate treasury processes using AI tools.
