Lead a small senior team building and operating Docker Build Cloud and Hub build systems, driving delivery of hardened, verifiable build infrastructure. Own roadmap execution, operational reliability and on-call, technical direction alongside engineers, hiring and developing staff, and raising security hygiene across CI/CD, image hardening, and supply-chain provenance for regulated customers.

Own content, certification, manager coaching, onboarding, field intelligence loops, and KPI-driven measurement. Partner with PMM, product, and sales leadership to embed consistent inspection frameworks (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and deliver measurable productivity improvements across multi-product B2B SaaS and channel ecosystems.

Lead design and delivery of self-service platform capabilities: provisioning, deployment, observability, and multi-region networking. Drive RFCs and cross-team alignment, build APIs (primarily in Go), implement Terraform/GitOps flows, improve EKS reliability and Grafana-based SLOs, and reduce operational toil via safe, auditable automation. Own on-call rotation and platform adoption outcomes.

The Senior GRC Analyst will manage Docker's risk program, implement risk assessments, oversee compliance initiatives, and ensure AI governance. This role requires collaboration with various departments to create an effective compliance framework and risk management processes.

Serve as a trusted technical seller for strategic accounts: lead technical discovery, shape requirements, design and run PoCs, provide AI governance and supply-chain security guidance, build champion relationships, and advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering to drive adoption and expansion.

Lead strategic programs for Docker's Enterprise Support team, managing complex projects, ensuring premium service delivery, and improving processes across teams.

Sell Docker commercial products to mid-enterprise customers: prospect, qualify, forecast, close deals, expand existing accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and inform product and marketing efforts while mentoring peers.
