Serve as a senior technical leader for strategic customers, driving container and AI adoption across pre- and post-sales. Lead prototyping, create custom demos/content, coordinate field feedback with product and engineering, deliver enablement to technical and executive audiences, and represent Docker in customer and partner engagements (up to 50% travel).

Build scalable analytics, AI-powered workflows, and drive monthly/quarterly planning and business reviews.

Serve as a trusted technical seller for strategic accounts: lead technical discovery, shape requirements, design and run PoCs, provide AI governance and supply-chain security guidance, build champion relationships, and advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering to drive adoption and expansion.

Leads Sales Operations architecture, territory design, segmentation, quota allocation, annual planning, sales technology strategy, and operational initiatives. Manages Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and related vendors, budgets, and roadmaps while partnering with senior Sales and GTM leaders. Directly manages and develops a team, ensuring data integrity, process precision, and effective execution across sales operations workstreams.

Lead technical engagements with high-priority enterprise customers, supporting container and AI journeys, developer workflows, solution demonstrations, prototyping, enablement, and product alignment. Partner with sales, product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and prioritized product feedback. Serve as a regional technical thought leader and represent Docker with customers and technical alliance partners. Travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Provides frontline support to sales and go-to-market teams through ticketing, manages users and onboarding processes, maintains Salesforce data hygiene, and supports FP&A updates. The role also assists with Salesforce configuration, system process testing, documentation, fiscal-year planning, and ad hoc Sales and GTM Operations requests. Experience with Salesforce and SaaS environments is required; Gong, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and AI workflow experience are beneficial.

Own the technical pre-sales motion for Docker across US public-sector accounts. Lead discovery, competitive PoCs, architecture reviews, demos, and executive briefings for federal agencies and integrators. Advise on AI governance, secure software supply chains, containers, accreditation, FedRAMP, STIGs, FIPS, ATOs, and disconnected environments. Partner with account executives, product, post-sales, and channel partners to shape requirements, support proposals, build technical champions, and drive federal expansions and renewals.

Sell Docker commercial products to mid-enterprise customers: prospect, qualify, forecast, close deals, expand existing accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and inform product and marketing efforts while mentoring peers.

The Account Executive will engage with prospects and customers to drive sales of Docker products, achieve targets, and manage relationships effectively. Responsibilities include lead generation, account management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for customer success.

Lead technical vision and architecture for Dockers Developer Tools: build a self-service internal platform, CI/CD and build systems, integrate AI/LLM agents, set SDLC tenets, establish standards for observability, security, reliability, and productize internal tooling into customer offerings.
