Define and manage development plans, coordinate cross-functional engineering, research, manufacturing, sourcing, and customer teams, track program metrics, resolve risks, and improve product development methodologies. The role requires experience leading hardware programs and collaborating with customers and partners, with embedded software, PLM, project management tools, and Agile experience preferred.

Creates graphic design, video, motion graphics, 3D visualizations, marketing collateral, event materials, advertising, presentations, social content, and sales-support assets. Translates complex radar technology into accessible visual stories, manages multimedia asset libraries, supports onsite production, and collaborates with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams. The role requires strong typography and layout skills, video editing, motion design, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, project organization, and deadline management.

Supports software compliance and product security governance by coordinating vulnerability reporting, remediation tracking, SDLC controls, audit evidence, release-readiness artifacts, and compliance gap remediation. Partners with engineering, security, and product teams to translate requirements into actionable controls, improve development and release processes, and maintain audit and customer-review readiness.
