Manage and scale a fully remote Loan Assistant team, overseeing bridge loan setup, disclosures, submission, and post-closing pipelines. Coach employees, balance workloads, resolve loan findings, monitor KPIs, and ensure service-level performance. Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Closing, and Lending Operations to improve processes, develop procedures, implement best practices, and maintain mortgage regulatory compliance.

Prepare and send initial closing disclosures, review loan documents, resolve closing issues, coordinate with lending and settlement teams, transfer lender funds, audit signed packages, and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines. Manage a high-volume pipeline of 50–60 loans monthly while maintaining accuracy and customer service. The role also includes mentoring teammates, supporting special projects, and working independently in a fully remote environment.

Leads Knock’s Account Executive organization, owning sales targets, lead and loan application volume, forecasting, coverage strategy, compensation, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance standards. Develops distinct sales playbooks for lending partners and broader lender and agent channels, while translating market feedback into product, marketing, and operations improvements. Requires deep mortgage or proptech sales expertise, recent lending experience, remote-team leadership, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Generate new business through outbound prospecting and partner enablement with lenders, brokers, loan officers, and agents.
