As a Tree Climber, you'll assist in tree care tasks, including climbing, pruning, and removal on the General Tree Care Team, ensuring safety and delivering excellent client service.

Own the company’s CRM, lifecycle, retention, and marketing-automation strategy with long-term customer lifetime value as the core KPI. Build and optimize email and SMS journeys, segmentation, lead scoring, winback, cross-sell, reactivation, review generation, customer notifications, and AI-enabled personalization. Use Braze, Dynamics, Hatch, and Snowflake to create audiences, triggers, measurement, and reporting. Partner with Technology, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to drive customer actions and improve retention, revenue, NPS, and CSAT.

Leads SavATree’s growth marketing and demand-generation engine across approximately 100 branches. Owns a $15M+ media budget, optimizing paid search, paid social, CTV, SEO, direct mail, offline advertising, CRO, and offers against CAC, CPL, ROAS, and ROI goals. Oversees agencies, contractors, and a team of three while driving customer acquisition, subscriber growth, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives. Partners with brand, CRM, creative, and operational leaders to develop strategy, measurement, experimentation, and AI-enabled growth programs.

Responds to inbound calls and web inquiries, conducts consultative discovery, addresses objections, documents customer needs in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and schedules appointments for Sales Arborists. The role also handles outbound follow-up, confirmations, and rescheduling while meeting speed-to-lead, appointment-setting, call quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. Success requires professional communication, accurate documentation, multitasking, coachability, and resilience in a fast-paced contact center environment.
