Plans and hosts resident events, builds community connections, supports residents and staff, develops calendars, flyers, and social media content, manages event budgets, prepares monthly reports, and coordinates volunteers, vendors, and community partners. The coordinator also visits new and departing residents and enhances the community’s online reputation. This is a part-time onsite role compensated through discounted rent rather than wages.

Administer and enhance Apartment Life’s HubSpot environment, integrations, automations, workflows, permissions, data structures, dashboards, and reporting. Handle helpdesk requests, data cleanup, audits, system-generated work, onboarding and offboarding, and synchronization issues. Build and test Node.js workflow actions and API integrations, maintain system stability and data integrity, document solutions, and collaborate with technology leadership and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
