Own and grow affiliate marketing programs for consumer brand clients, covering strategy, forecasting, partner recruitment, campaign execution, platform administration, reporting, commissions, and communications. Translate performance data into growth recommendations, lead affiliate education and process development, support pitches and agency expansion, and partner with clients, analytics, production, and leadership. Mentor junior staff and serve as the agency’s affiliate marketing subject matter expert.

The Art Director will develop creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns, lead ideation, and partner with strategists and client teams to deliver impactful work while staying attuned to cultural trends.

Manage drafting, negotiating, and optimizing high-volume influencer and vendor contracts using CLM tools (Ironclad). Lead negotiations, identify and mitigate contract risks, liaise with external counsel, create playbooks and training, and improve contract workflows and metrics.
