Lead and scale a Customer Success team across EMEA to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion. Improve CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring and observability, automate routine infrastructure tasks, manage cross-account AWS environments, and advise engineering teams on best practices to ensure reliability, security, and performance.

Lead customer marketing campaigns to drive product adoption, advocacy, and expansion. Build customer stories, manage a reference/advocacy program, and partner with Product, CS, and Sales.
