The Procure-to-Pay Solution Director serves as a P2P subject matter expert in enterprise sales cycles, leading product walkthroughs, solution design, deal strategy, and customer evaluations. The role partners with sales, solutions, product, marketing, and customer success teams to communicate product value, support upsell opportunities, develop enablement and marketing content, refine sales processes, and resolve escalations. Candidates need deep procurement and accounts payable expertise, SaaS pre-sales experience, and strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Lead value engineering for complex enterprise deals by building board-ready business cases, ROI models, and value narratives for CFOs, CPOs, and finance leaders. Partner with sales teams to support discovery, pricing, and deal close; coach business value practitioners and account executives; develop reusable benchmarks and value assets; and guide AI-assisted tools and frameworks across the function.

Serve as Zip's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) subject-matter expert supporting sales cycles, solution design, product-roadmap alignment, enablement, marketing content, and customer escalations to drive enterprise wins and upsells.

Design and standardize Jaggaer integrations and reusable ERP integration templates. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to convert bespoke customer implementations into scalable assets, support pre-sales, troubleshoot APIs, and drive technical solution consulting best practices across implementations.

Design and standardize Workday Financials and procurement integrations, build reusable integration templates, translate complex customer requirements into scalable solutions, support pre-sales engineering, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and define technical best practices to drive consistent, repeatable enterprise implementations.

Design and standardize SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) and Ariba integrations, create reusable integration templates, translate complex customer implementations into scalable assets, support pre-sales architecture, and partner with Product and Engineering to drive integration best practices and technical implementation excellence.

Lead technical enablement for the Solutions Engineering org: design onboarding and certification programs, run continuous learning and demo readiness, use Gong and performance data to identify gaps, partner cross-functionally with Product/PMM/RevOps, and measure enablement impact to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates.

Lead strategic technical pursuits and build the Enterprise Architecture function: create reference architectures, integration plans with ERP systems, drive discovery with C-suite, translate requirements into product inputs, and enable sales and solution engineering for enterprise procurement integrations.

Lead scaling of Zip's Business Value function by building systems, tooling, and data infrastructure for ROI modeling, benchmarking, and reporting. Produce C-suite level business cases, create self-serve go-to-market tools, stand up intake/triage/reporting workflows, and advise GTM, Product, and Enterprise teams to operationalize value generation.

Partner with sales and enterprise executives to quantify and present C-suite ROI cases. Build ROI models, conduct quantitative analysis and benchmarking, run working sessions with prospects, embed value into discovery, coach AEs on value-based selling, and supply reusable benchmarks and assets to support enterprise deal closures.
