Leads product vision, strategy, and roadmap development for the Litmos learning platform. Partners with engineering, design, QA, product operations, marketing, and customers to define requirements, prioritize features, establish success metrics, and deliver high-quality capabilities. Conducts market research, analyzes user feedback and data, supports go-to-market initiatives, and ensures platform features meet accessibility, mobile, learning-content, and industry-standard requirements.

Own customer marketing programs that drive product adoption, expansion, retention, and partner engagement. Segment customer data, develop lifecycle and expansion campaigns, support Customer Success, create partner communications, and measure engagement, adoption, pipeline, and retention outcomes. Use AI, CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms to personalize campaigns, analyze signals, and continuously improve program performance.

Leads cross-functional product delivery, strategic planning, launch coordination, customer adoption, and revenue enablement across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Serves as the SVP Product’s operational partner, managing dependencies, delivery health, roadmap alignment, product metrics, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives. The role requires driving execution across distributed teams and translating customer, market, and business insights into product priorities.
