Build risk data models, analyze fraud and risk trends, create Tableau dashboards and automated reports, and deliver actionable insights to Risk Operations leaders. Responsibilities include extracting and analyzing data, building dashboards, maintaining compliance metrics, automating workflows, troubleshooting systems, performing root-cause analysis, and supporting technology accelerators. The role requires SQL, Python, Excel, business intelligence tools, and experience with risk or compliance systems in payments or financial services.

Build and maintain automated UI and API tests using TypeScript and Playwright, contribute to testing frameworks, investigate failures, and establish quality practices across engineering squads. The role includes manual and exploratory testing, API and contract testing, CI/CD quality gates, release criteria, test plans, coverage management, and AI-assisted testing. Collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Design is central to improving testability and enabling continuous delivery.

Architect and operate BILL’s enterprise data platform across ingestion, lake storage, batch and streaming processing, query, feature store, knowledge graph, and search layers. Drive platform-wide technical decisions, migrations, standards, reliability, cost efficiency, and self-service capabilities. Partner with ML, Risk, Payments, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions, lead complex initiatives from inception through production, and mentor senior and staff engineers.

Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts as a trusted executive advisor. Lead retention, renewals, churn prevention, contract negotiations, business reviews, and expansion opportunities. Build C-suite relationships, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, provide customer insights for product strategy, and mentor customer success teammates. Manage complex account documentation and workflows using Salesforce and Gainsight.

Own a portfolio of complex mid-market SaaS accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to drive retention, expansion, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Lead executive business reviews, identify churn risks, execute upsell and cross-sell strategies, troubleshoot integrations, resolve issues independently, and maintain rigorous process and SLA adherence using Salesforce and Gainsight.

Provides advanced technical support to VIP integration partners, troubleshooting APIs and integrations, managing service requests and cross-company projects, and triaging high-priority incidents within SLAs. Acts as a liaison among partners, support, engineering, product, and commercial teams. Supports API developers, drives bug fixes through engineering and agile processes, participates in on-call coverage, improves support processes, and helps ensure successful partner integrations, satisfaction, and retention.

Prospect, qualify, and convert inbound leads and trial users into paying BILL customers. Identify customer pain points, build rapport, create urgency, close deals, and manage a high-volume book of business. The role requires prioritizing multiple opportunities, making 60+ outbound calls daily, maintaining CRM records, meeting sales targets, and operating effectively in a fast-paced, short-cycle sales environment.
