The Senior Events Manager will develop and implement Redpanda's global event strategy, coordinating logistics, measuring performance, and ensuring impactful events across various regions, particularly in B2B SaaS contexts.

Lead and scale a global partner ecosystem across hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs, MSPs and AI partners. Define channel strategy, enable partners technically and commercially, drive co-sell and marketplace motions, build onboarding, certification, and operational processes, and lead a high-performing channel organization to make partners a predictable revenue engine.
