Provide global IT support across hardware, software, identity, networking, cloud applications, onboarding, device provisioning, access management, endpoint administration, and asset tracking. Administer workplace systems including Okta, Google Workspace, and Kandji or Jamf. Troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments, maintain documentation and inventories, support security and compliance activities, and build automations to improve IT workflows and employee experience.

Provide technical support to a globally distributed workforce across hardware, software, identity, networking, cloud applications, and endpoint systems. Support onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, access management, asset tracking, documentation, compliance activities, and security best practices. Troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments, escalate complex issues, and improve IT processes through automation. Collaborate with People, Security, Legal, Finance, and Engineering while exploring AI productivity tools and emerging workplace technologies.
