Provides remote and onsite technical support across multiple client environments. Responsibilities include resolving escalated issues, troubleshooting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, servers, cloud systems, and applications; administering Windows Server, Hyper-V, firewalls, switches, and access points; documenting tickets and client systems; mentoring Level I technicians; and communicating professionally with clients. The hybrid role requires work from home, the Federal Way office, and client sites in the greater Seattle area.
