Interns will provide desktop and laptop support, troubleshoot systems, manage cases, and help maintain documentation in a managed IT services environment.

Provide escalated desktop and server support for SMB clients: troubleshoot break/fix issues, install/configure applications, manage Hyper-V hosts, Sonic firewalls, Datto networking and backups, document tickets, and occasionally deploy/mentor on-site technicians.
