Lead Prophecy’s global post-sales organization across customer success and technical support. Own retention, renewals, expansion, customer satisfaction, onboarding, adoption, enablement, support performance, and executive escalations. Define segmentation, coverage models, service offerings, metrics, health scoring, and investment plans while scaling the organization. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Field Engineering to represent customer priorities, improve the product, build advocacy, and deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.

Own post-sale technical adoption, value realization, account health, renewals, and customer success for enterprise data teams. Lead technical success plans, monitor adoption metrics, conduct value-focused QBRs, coordinate Solutions Engineering, Product, and Professional Services, resolve data engineering challenges, and communicate customer feedback to influence the product roadmap. The role requires expertise in B2B SaaS, modern data stack technologies, enterprise relationship management, executive communication, and up to 30% customer travel.

Drive new-logo acquisition and expansion within an assigned enterprise territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing complex software sales; coordinating cross-functional teams; mapping accounts and relationships; presenting to executive and technical audiences; and maintaining accurate forecasts. The role targets Fortune 500 companies and requires consultative selling across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments, with a focus on data and marketing activation use cases.

Manage top-of-funnel lead lifecycle: convert inbound MQLs, execute multi-channel outbound prospecting, qualify prospects, book meetings for Sales, maintain Salesforce data, and collaborate with Marketing to improve messaging and campaign effectiveness.

Lead and build Prophecy's end-to-end revenue operating system: revenue modeling, single executive dashboard, full-funnel attribution, SLAs and routing, campaign lifecycle, renewals and expansion rigor, weekly forecasting and Revenue Council, RevOps tech stack ownership, and a small RevOps team working directly with CEO and GTM leaders.
