Own the end-to-end design of GrantOS, Instrumentl’s foundational platform spanning data, permissions, integrations, core workflows, and enterprise surfaces. Define system-wide interaction patterns, lead zero-to-one product discovery, conduct user research, influence product and engineering direction, and coach other designers. Own Instrumentl’s scaled customer success motion for high-volume, lower-ACV customers.
