Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, drive strategic engagement, and ensure customer value realization while managing day-to-day operations.

Lead product go-to-market execution and enablement: equip sales and CS with messaging, materials, and training; gather market/customer insight; create content and case assets; inform pricing, packaging, and product roadmap.
