Advises prospective and current students on Title IV financial aid, FAFSA completion, loan counseling, eligibility, verification, and payment plans. Reviews and resolves conflicting documentation, prepares financial aid estimates and student packages, uploads records into CampusVue, tracks activities, maintains compliance and accuracy, and coordinates with admissions and campus leadership regarding outstanding requirements.

Provide senior HR leadership and strategy across payroll, benefits, HRIS, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Build retention frameworks, define HR KPIs, manage HR team and vendors, maintain legal compliance, draft HR budgets, and partner with leadership to drive culture, engagement, and organizational development.

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to prospective and enrolled students, facilitate enrollments, ensure admissions requirements are completed, track student dispositions in internal systems, and support team initiatives and trainings.
