Provides administrative and litigation support to attorneys and clients, including managing case files, preparing legal documents, filing documents in state and federal courts, maintaining calendars, supporting client intake, processing time entries and billing, arranging travel, and managing expenses. The role requires strong organization, judgment, confidentiality, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently in a hybrid Seattle office environment.

Develop and execute business development strategies for litigation practices, build client and industry relationships, manage opportunity pipelines, support pitches and proposals, coordinate events and sponsorships, oversee budgets, coach attorneys, and lead thought leadership and profile-raising initiatives. The role requires strong communication, editing, analytical, project management, stakeholder collaboration, business acumen, and professional services marketing experience.

Prepare attorney client bills end-to-end (proformas to final delivery), edit and format bills, resolve billing issues, support time-and-billing applications firmwide, produce billing reports, collaborate with Billing/Pricing/AR/GL/Conflicts teams, and manage vendor invoice submission and AR review.

Provide advanced document production and administrative support to attorneys and staff: prepare legal correspondence, complex documents, tables of contents/authorities, track changes/blacklines, convert files to Word/Excel/PowerPoint, create fillable PDFs and merged documents, and collaborate firm-wide to ensure high-quality, timely work.

Perform pricing analysis and profitability modeling to support engagement pricing and RFP responses. Develop financial models and alternative fee arrangements, set billing rates using benchmarking and internal analytics, and produce standard and ad-hoc financial reports. Collaborate with lawyers, practice groups, marketing, and finance to inform pricing strategy and improve revenue performance.
