Leads full-cycle IT projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, stakeholders, documentation, and change requests. Coordinates cross-functional technical and business teams, provides leadership updates, monitors performance, resolves challenges, and supports strategic technology initiatives involving implementations, infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and enterprise applications.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholders, and technical resources; manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; lead status meetings; maintain project documentation and financial forecasts; provide leadership updates; and support strategic technology initiatives involving software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and enterprise applications.

Lead and manage testing for migration to OpenText Exstream, including test planning, functional/integration/ETL/document/output validation, defect management, UAT support, and integration verification with SAP ECC and AWS-hosted services.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise technical products and platforms. Translate customer and business needs into prioritized features, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions, manage Agile delivery, track KPIs, and communicate roadmap and ROI to executives and customers.

Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure cloud platforms; support CI, automation, monitoring, and migrations of legacy systems to AWS; resolve performance, vulnerability, and scalability issues; create operational documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) for quality and compliance, report findings, participate in calibration sessions, support scoring consistency, maintain program knowledge, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
