Own and grow strategic channel partner relationships, develop joint business plans, generate partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, and support co-selling through the full sales cycle. Lead HiddenLayer’s global channel strategy and partner ecosystem across VARs, distributors, systems integrators, MSSPs, and technology partners. Build partner programs, recruit and enable strategic partners, create joint go-to-market plans, drive co-selling and partner-sourced revenue, establish forecasting and performance processes, and align channel activities with sales, marketing, product, customer success, finance, legal, and RevOps. Represent the company with partners and industry stakeholders.

Owns deployment, lifecycle management, and evolution of a multi-prem platform across cloud, bare-metal, air-gapped, and regulated environments. Builds infrastructure-as-code and secure CI/CD pipelines, maintains Kubernetes clusters and observability systems, aligns SaaS and customer-hosted releases, and supports incident response and upgrades. The role also contributes to platform architecture, deployment documentation, compliance workflows, and secure operations across classified and government environments.

Source and engage candidates for technical and business roles, build and maintain talent pipelines in Greenhouse, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers. Manage external recruiting partner relationships, support interview scheduling and recruiting administration, track sourcing results, and recommend process improvements. The role is a six-month remote contract with possible extension.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B SaaS or cybersecurity accounts, coordinating customer communications, follow-ups, onboarding, adoption, escalations, and renewals. Maintain Jira tickets, account health scores, and risk visibility while partnering with solution architects, technical support, and account directors. The role owns day-to-day customer relationships, ensures action items are completed, identifies adoption risks, and surfaces expansion opportunities.

Drive pre-sales engagements for AI security solutions: consult with clients, demo products, design tailored architectures, lead PoCs, provide technical support, enable stakeholders, and inform product roadmap.

Serve as pre-sales technical lead for federal customers, architecting and deploying AI security platform in SaaS and airgapped environments. Lead discovery workshops, scope proofs-of-value, build demos and POC AI apps, integrate SDKs/APIs, advise on AI/ML security and MLOps, deliver demos and written deliverables, and support onboarding and troubleshooting with Customer Success.
