Supports OnePay’s second-line compliance control environment through control framework maintenance, risk assessments, risk-based monitoring, data quality reviews, process improvements, and product compliance oversight. Partners with cross-functional teams on regulatory, operational, and third-party changes; provides advisory challenge; evaluates control impacts; and prepares leadership and governance reporting. The role also applies analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve monitoring efficiency and coverage.

Lead visual concepting and execution for paid social campaigns across static, motion, and video. Direct shoots and UGC, build scalable creative systems and templates in Figma, and collaborate with Growth and Brand to ensure on-brand, performance-aware social creative. Use AI tools to accelerate exploration and maintain high craft standards.

As an Agentic Platform Engineer, you will design and manage core platform services and tools for high-scale distributed systems, focusing on Kafka and AWS environments, while delivering automated workflows across OnePay's products.

Own end-to-end issue management and lead containment, root cause analysis, and remediation. Serve as project manager for critical product initiatives, coordinating Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. Build and improve processes and automation (including AI tooling), manage partner relationships, report to stakeholders, and ensure cross-functional launch readiness.

Lead full-funnel marketing analytics and a small AI-augmented team to measure and optimize paid media and lifecycle journeys. Own test-and-learn experiments, attribution and incrementality frameworks (MTA, MMM), vendor evaluation, and partnership with ML to improve CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency. Translate results into actionable growth recommendations.

Provide legal counsel to marketing, brand, paid media, and product teams on advertising, promotions, ad tech, privacy, influencers, affiliate programs, content production, and claim substantiation. Draft and negotiate marketing-related agreements, design compliant promotions, guide ad tracking and data use, and scale processes using AI tooling to keep campaigns fast, defensible, and compliant.
