Lead operational execution for the Financial Services & Capital Markets SBU. Implement strategy, improve processes, manage budgeting and KPIs, support talent lifecycle and staffing, liaise with firm operations, and present regular reports to SBU leadership to drive growth and client service excellence.

Monitor shared mailboxes and independently docket pleadings and deadlines using firm docketing software. Research court, agency, and judge rules; verify jurisdictions and docket accuracy; prepare matter reports; respond to attorneys and staff; and support continuous improvement and special projects for the Docket Team.

Lead benefits, payroll, retirement and well-being strategy and operations for a multi-state law firm. Ensure regulatory compliance, vendor and fiduciary governance, payroll accuracy, and continuous process improvement. Manage and coach a team, partner cross-functionally with Finance and HR Technology, lead projects, and deliver an excellent employee experience.

Manage and verify IP docket entries for patent, trademark, and copyright matters using firm docketing software. Calculate deadlines, review domestic and foreign filings, produce reports, train and support staff, perform quality assurance, onboard portfolios, and maintain compliance with USPTO, PCT, Madrid Protocol and foreign rules.

Manage complex procurement and asset management activities: analyze spend, run RFx processes, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, generate and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries and supplier performance, support software licensing and renewals, and implement process and risk-reduction improvements.

Process and research conflicts for new clients and matters, run and review Intapp Open searches, analyze entity relationships and materiality, document and coordinate conflict resolution with attorneys and managers, and support related special projects.

Provide litigation support to attorneys in commercial litigation: fact investigation, witness interviews, drafting pleadings and discovery, legal research, document preparation/production, e-discovery/database management, docketing, trial preparation/attendance, client and expert liaison, and mentoring junior staff. Must meet annual billable target and work across offices or remotely.

The Conflicts Counsel will address conflicts of interest in legal practices, maintain records, and ensure compliance with professional conduct rules. Responsibilities include drafting waivers, evaluating conflict issues, and training staff.

Manage accounts receivable and collections for the firm: monitor overdue accounts, contact clients, negotiate payment plans, prepare bankruptcy claims and demand letters, maintain records, generate reports (AR, WIP, DSO), recommend write-offs, coordinate with partners, counsel, and internal teams, and train/support junior staff to ensure timely billing and collections.

Manage day-to-day financial reporting and analysis, lead and develop the Financial Analyst team, maintain reporting dashboards and data integrity, support budgeting/forecasting, prepare partner statistics and Executive Board materials, perform ad hoc financial analysis, and modernize reporting processes to deliver firmwide financial insights.
