Serve as the primary post-sales contact for enterprise customers, driving onboarding, implementation, adoption, and value realization. Build relationships across stakeholder levels, advocate customer needs internally, coordinate issue resolution with technical teams, deliver training, and work with sales to renew and expand accounts while minimizing churn.
