Supports Army natural-resource financial programs through reconciliation, transaction tracking, data analysis, systems monitoring, reporting, and audit-ready documentation. The role analyzes collections, obligations, allocations, and variances; coordinates financial guidance and reporting across program offices; develops workbooks and executive briefings; and recommends process improvements.
