Provide L2 production support for Identity and Access Management across non-Oracle platforms (Okta, AD, Azure/Entra, CyberArk, Saviynt). Support identity lifecycle, provisioning/deprovisioning (including Oracle access routing), privileged access management, SSO/MFA, access reviews, audit support, troubleshooting, documentation, and governance activities. Maintain least-privilege and segregation-of-duties controls and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.

Support implementations (customer journeys, email campaigns, segmentation), manage SIT and UAT, create test cases, track defects, and produce reports/dashboards. Facilitate workshops, monitor project progress, recommend process improvements, and prepare documentation and training for deployment and post-production support.

Provide on-site consulting for a Generative AI platform, working Eastern Time hours. Collaborate with stakeholders, implement or support platform usage, and communicate effectively with teams and clients.

Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions by converting solution designs into scalable configuration and code. Build on standard configuration and Flows, implement Apex/LWC where needed, develop Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud features, implement robust integrations with logging/retries, ensure test coverage and performance, support SFDX/Unlocked Packages CI/CD, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions translating business needs into technical designs across data, security, automation, integrations, and UX. Provide design reviews, documentation, and guidance to delivery teams while collaborating with stakeholders and recommending declarative vs custom approaches.

Lead and govern end-to-end Salesforce platform architecture across multi-org environments. Define org strategy, security, data and integration architectures, Experience Cloud and FSC designs, enterprise DevOps standards, and development automation. Mentor engineers, run design reviews, enforce compliance and scalability, and serve as technical escalation for large regulated enterprises.

Design and implement data integration and data warehouse solutions using big data technologies. Build cost-efficient, performant cloud data pipelines, apply data modeling and machine learning knowledge, and implement real-time streaming and aggregation patterns.
