Lead architecture and modernization of Salesforce to reduce technical debt, optimize development practices, implement best practices, improve performance and integrations (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), streamline processes and team structure, and provide governance, training, and documentation for scalable, API-first solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain FpML-based XML schemas and XSDs for trade capture, validation, and downstream processing.
