Prepare, file, and follow up on FHA mortgage insurance claims (Conveyance, CWCOT, Pre-Foreclosure Sale) ensuring documentation, quality review corrections, and agency payment. Maintain system records, adhere to agency/investor guidelines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Manage mortgage servicing counterparty relationships, including senior stakeholder communications, investor presentations, servicing requirements, portfolio and loan data analysis, quality control, compliance, deliverable tracking, and issue escalation. Coordinate servicing transfers, process improvements, change management, documentation, and corrective actions across internal departments and external investors. Develops and maintains mortgage broker and seller relationships to generate wholesale and correspondent loan business. Identifies and approves new partners, explains loan programs and policies, supports submissions, trains partners on online systems, manages the loan pipeline, and coordinates with underwriting, processing, closing, and funding teams to ensure timely transactions and regulatory compliance.

Reviews loss mitigation underwriting decisions, approvals, denials, income and modification calculations for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Ensures files are complete, properly documented, and correctly structured in Fiserv. Tracks errors, reports trends, supports process improvements, trains new hires, and assists leadership with peer guidance and special projects.
