Perform remote QA review and reconciliation of default mortgage claims (FHA, VA, PMI, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC). Validate expenses, verify taxes/insurance, identify and escalate errors/trends, document in mortgage platform, complete audits, and ensure claims meet agency and investor guidelines and timelines.

Perform general ledger accounting, monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, bank and cash activity, and financial statement support for Lending and Title divisions. Support month-end close, audits, internal controls, and cross-department coordination; division-specific duties include hedging, interest rate lock entries, lending revenue reconciliation, and title pass-through validation.

Support Treasury operations by processing and releasing funds, managing bank accounts and signatories, resolving exceptions, producing treasury reports, administering banking system access, handling unclaimed property reporting, liaising with banks and vendors, and participating in process improvement and treasury projects.

Develop and maintain broker/seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Source and onboard brokers, advise on programs/pricing, train on submission systems, manage pipeline, liaise with operations to ensure timely closings and purchases while ensuring regulatory compliance and high customer service.

Handle written borrower disputes and Qualified Written Requests by researching loan records, identifying root causes, coordinating with business units, executing corrective actions, and composing formal factual responses within regulatory deadlines (RESPA, TILA, FCRA, CFPB). Maintain documentation, track deadlines, and ensure compliance while using Microsoft Office and relevant servicing software.

Manage commercial closing pipeline from contract to sale: order searches, issue title commitments, clear title and lender items, prepare closing statements, ensure seller documentation meets underwriter instructions, communicate with parties, support timely sale and funding, train staff, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Review underwriting decisions and final modification calculations for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Ensure files and Fiserv tasking are properly documented, track errors and trends, report findings, provide training to new hires, and support process improvements and special projects.
