Build/configure workflows, triggers, automations, macros, views, and dashboards; implement API and webhook integrations; develop Explore reports; troubleshoot in test environments; follow SDLC and change control; produce documentation and train users; collaborate with business partners and PMO.

Generate and distribute investor and trustee loan-level reports, analyze and reconcile remittances and pool-to-security differences, forecast principal and interest advances, remit funds (prepare wires), track cash/advance activity, maintain reporting systems, review payment history and posting accuracy, ensure compliance with investor servicing agreements and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with servicing departments on investor accounting tasks.
