Lead combat mechanics design for a multiplayer AAA title: craft weapons, abilities, and player systems; collaborate with design, art, and engineering; prioritize player experience; iterate and solve technical/creative problems.

Design and develop playable characters from concept through release, create combat mechanics, weapons, and abilities, prototype with animators and gameplay programmers, and iterate using player metrics and feedback to refine character balance and counterplay.
