Provide remote-first technical support to end users via email, phone, and online channels. Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues, document tickets in Zendesk, escalate with recommendations, test fixes, support product adoption, and occasionally travel for training (<10%).

Manage a portfolio of clients post-implementation to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Use Gainsight and customer metrics to monitor health, deliver training and success programs, support renewals and upsells, advocate for customers internally, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize client outcomes.

Lead product development teams and Cloud Operations, manage engineering functions, coach teams, establish standards, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
