Develop and close consultative, subscription-based sales opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts. Prospect across customer organizations, build C-suite and stakeholder relationships, connect business objectives to DigiCert solutions, manage pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce, negotiate agreements, coordinate pre- and post-sales resources, and maintain trusted-advisor relationships. The role requires software or technology sales experience, security-industry knowledge, and a track record of closing multi-year service agreements.

Develops and closes enterprise software opportunities across assigned accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, building relationships with enterprise stakeholders and C-suite executives, articulating solution value, managing sales cycles, forecasting, negotiating agreements, coordinating pre- and post-sales resources, and maintaining Salesforce records. The role requires consultative selling of multi-year, subscription-based services and strong knowledge of data analytics and competing products.

Own and expand corporate customer accounts through executive relationship development, cross-selling, upselling, account planning, and strategic customer advocacy. Lead multi-year SaaS agreement negotiations, build sales funnels, maintain accurate forecasts, document activity in Salesforce, and close subscription-based deals. Advise customers on technology strategy, industry trends, best practices, and DigiCert solutions while balancing customer needs with company revenue objectives.

Lead DigiCert.com’s global web content strategy, translating complex cybersecurity and digital trust topics into clear experiences for business and technical audiences. Partner with Web, UX, SEO, Product Marketing, Brand, Communications, and regional teams to improve journeys, discoverability, accessibility, and conversion. Establish content governance, workflows, editorial standards, and performance measurement; manage a copyeditor; and co-lead the global editorial calendar. Use audience, search, and analytics data to guide content creation, optimization, consolidation, and retirement.

Leads technical discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution design, architecture documentation, integrations, and RFP responses throughout the sales cycle. Partners with customers, Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity and PKI solutions. Provides technical presentations, business-value guidance, and hands-on support while addressing enterprise infrastructure, cloud, automation, and digital security requirements. Travel is expected 20–25%.

Drive new and existing enterprise accounts to closed-won deals by building pipeline, leading complex sales cycles, coordinating pre- and post-sales resources, forecasting revenue, documenting activity in Salesforce, and maintaining consultative relationships with multiple buying personas to achieve quota.

Lead a strategic product area in DigiCert's DNS and digital trust portfolio. Define vision, roadmap, and requirements for trusted discovery, policy enforcement, and agentic infrastructure. Partner with engineering, security, cloud teams, and customers to deliver API-first, cloud-native services. Use telemetry, experimentation, and AI-assisted tools to validate use cases, track success metrics, and drive GTM activities including launches, pricing, and adoption. Prioritize security, privacy, compliance, performance, reliability, and operational resilience.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for high-value enterprise customers, providing proactive, high-touch support across DigiCert products. Troubleshoot PKI/digital security issues, manage SLAs, conduct business reviews, deliver product training, identify growth opportunities, and advocate customer needs to engineering and product teams to maximize product value and minimize customer risk.

Lead migration from Eloqua to Marketo and manage Marketo operations. Design lifecycle, lead scoring, segmentation, attribution, campaign hierarchies, reporting, and governance. Execute campaign builds, ensure data quality and integrations, and deliver actionable insights partnering across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops, and Engineering.
