As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will support technical presales, develop product knowledge, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with sales teams, including travel as needed.

Lead product and solutions marketing for DigiCert ONE. Define positioning and messaging, create technical and business content, engage customers and analysts, partner with product and sales to launch solutions, drive campaigns with demand generation, and manage and mentor a team of product and solutions marketers.

Lead enterprise AI opportunity discovery and architecture across business units, build ROI-driven business cases, evaluate and pilot AI tools and vendors, and partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Compliance to scale responsible AI solutions. Drive process discovery, solution design, vendor selection, and change management to translate strategic recommendations into measurable business outcomes.

Drive new and existing enterprise accounts to closed-won deals by building pipeline, leading complex sales cycles, coordinating pre- and post-sales resources, forecasting revenue, documenting activity in Salesforce, and maintaining consultative relationships with multiple buying personas to achieve quota.

Support new customers through onboarding and activation of the DigiCert platform. Lead kickoff calls, deliver trainings and demos, guide customers through features and workflows, coordinate with validation/support/deployment teams, document onboarding progress, and confirm readiness for deployment to ensure adoption and successful use of the platform.

Lead improvement of infrastructure automation, reliability, and security. Implement IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, zero-touch provisioning, incident and release practices. Mentor teams, participate on-call, prototype new technologies, and drive resiliency and operational excellence.

Lead a strategic product area in DigiCert's DNS and digital trust portfolio. Define vision, roadmap, and requirements for trusted discovery, policy enforcement, and agentic infrastructure. Partner with engineering, security, cloud teams, and customers to deliver API-first, cloud-native services. Use telemetry, experimentation, and AI-assisted tools to validate use cases, track success metrics, and drive GTM activities including launches, pricing, and adoption. Prioritize security, privacy, compliance, performance, reliability, and operational resilience.

Own and grow corporate accounts by selling DigiCert solutions, driving cross-sell/up-sell, closing multi-year subscription SaaS deals, building executive relationships, forecasting and documenting activity in Salesforce, and using disciplined account planning to increase penetration and customer satisfaction.

Lead strategy, design, and daily operations of DigiCert's PKI and CA infrastructure. Ensure availability, security, compliance (WebTrust, CA/B Forum), HSM administration and key ceremonies, drive automation, manage audits and policies (CPS/CP), define DR/BCP for HSMs, mentor distributed PKI teams, and serve as SME and escalation point for complex PKI incidents.

Manage renewals and drive net-new revenue for corporate customers, build strong customer relationships with in-region Account Manager, increase adoption and retention, identify opportunities, use Apptus/SFDC/Clari for quoting and forecasting, liaise with order management, and travel as needed for customer meetings and events.
