Provide technical phone support and document all customer interactions in the ticketing system. Diagnose and fix software issues, install and update applications, databases and OS components, train users, identify revenue and process-improvement opportunities, and report status to the manager while collaborating with Support, Development, Professional Services, and Product teams.
