The Staff Software Engineer will build web APIs and data pipelines for energy analytics, contribute to electricity cost modeling, and improve engineering processes while collaborating across teams.

Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines and the unified data model using Snowflake, dbt, and orchestration tools. Optimize, test, document, and monitor ELT workflows, enforce engineering best practices, mentor teammates, and deliver trustworthy data products for analytics and business decisions.

Lead and scale Arcadia's Data & Analytics engineering org, define multi-year data platform and unified data model, optimize Snowflake architecture, enable cross-functional data usage, set governance standards, and drive technical execution across ingestion, transformation, and analytics.
