The consultant supports CI/CD, governance, lineage, security, monitoring, and operational best practices while collaborating with client engineers through paired development and knowledge sharing. This remote consulting role supports future client engagements and requires strong communication, SQL, cloud data engineering, and production Microsoft Fabric experience.

Develop new enterprise and upper mid-market business, manage client accounts, and serve as a trusted consulting advisor. Prospect and qualify leads, collaborate with technical teams to create proposals and close SOW contracts, identify business improvement opportunities, build channel partnerships, maintain CRM records, and support localized marketing activities. The role is remote within specified target markets, includes up to 10% travel, and has no direct reports.

Partner with clients to design, develop, modernize, and support production full-stack applications using .NET/C#. Lead feature delivery from discovery through deployment, contribute to architecture and DevOps practices, improve engineering quality (TDD, CI/CD, IaC), and mentor client teams to leave them better equipped to maintain and evolve software.
