Lead a regional commercial roof and wall sales organization, managing 10–12 sales managers, driving $50M–$75M revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, coordinating cross-functional go-to-market efforts, expanding market share, and building high-performing teams.

Manage assigned Pacific Northwest territory to grow revenue by prospecting, qualifying, selling and supporting accounts. Provide pre/post-sales support, forecasts, proposals, competitive analysis, trade show participation, customer training and heavy travel (75%+). Maintain account records, submit reports, and perform on-site presentations.
