Work with Business Analysts and customers to gather requirements, design and configure documents/forms, build complex templates and reports, map data sources, implement workflows in proprietary basys software, test and troubleshoot solutions, and use generative AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Manage the full post-sale customer lifecycle to drive adoption, retention, and revenue expansion. Build measurable success plans, surface expansion opportunities, mitigate churn via data-driven engagement, run QBRs, maintain CRM hygiene, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver customer value and influence product and GTM strategy.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud platform infrastructure; create IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation); develop CI/CD pipelines; implement monitoring, security (IAM, SIEM, firewalls) and compliance; troubleshoot and optimize performance; lead projects, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in on-call rotation, and leverage generative AI tools to improve delivery.

Lead end-to-end data conversion projects: analyze and profile legacy data, develop mappings and ETL/ELT transformations, validate and load data, resolve quality issues, coordinate cutovers, mentor juniors, and leverage generative AI to accelerate delivery.

Design, build, and maintain automated and manual tests and frameworks to ensure software quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, execute test suites in CI/CD, report defects, and improve automation coverage and processes. Support functional, regression, performance, usability, and security testing and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.

Work with customers and internal teams to implement, configure, test, and train on benefits administration software. Gather and translate requirements into user stories and design documents, prioritize multiple projects, resolve application issues, and maintain product knowledge. Remote role with travel up to 30%.
