Serve as secondary client manager for large employer groups and primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of smaller large-group clients. Perform benefits analyst duties—financial spreading, quoting, reporting, ben-admin configuration, eligibility/billing support—build renewal and enrollment materials, present client deliverables, coordinate vendors, and strengthen client experience cross-functionally.

Manage a portfolio of California large-group employer clients (100–2,000 lives), lead renewals, open enrollment, compliance, vendor deployment, and member education. Design benefit strategies, create presentations and financial reporting, strengthen client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Design and build generative AI features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Integrate foundation models, implement search/retrieval systems, ensure reliable production-grade AI behavior, and collaborate with product, engineering, and design to solve user problems.
