Supports sales administration by managing Salesforce lead activity, inquiries, scheduling, customer communications, reporting, and follow-up processes. Maintains marketing assets, coordinates company and showroom events, and monitors sales and marketing performance. The role requires occasional evening and weekend work.

Coordinates multiple custom cabinetry projects from sale through installation, ensuring accurate workflows, timely completion, install readiness, material tracking, and profitable closeouts. Troubleshoots order and installation issues, develops corrective actions, supports process improvements and training, and prepares KPI reports. The role collaborates with operations, management, support teams, and manufacturing leadership while using systems such as Salesforce, Epicor, CAD, and Microsoft Office.
