Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts post-sale, acting as trusted advisor. Develop account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell/renewal opportunities, lead renewals and contract negotiations, collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Legal and Executive teams, maintain forecasts in Salesforce, and support executive-level relationships.
