Own trade performance reporting, dashboards, scorecards, promotional ROI analysis, range review support, category insights, and sales projections for major retail customers. Analyze retailer sales, SKU, inventory, forecasting, product assortment, market trends, and product-level profitability. Prepare forecasts, P&L statements, POS reports, and ad hoc analyses, presenting insights to internal teams and retail customers. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Buyers, and Inventory Planning teams. Identify process inefficiencies, document best practices, and implement scalable improvements.

Leads collaborative planning, forecasting, replenishment, and S&OP activities with major retail customers. The role develops inventory strategies, custom reports, dashboards, and KPI insights; manages replenishment, promotional events, e-commerce fulfillment, inventory transfers, item maintenance, and supply chain disruptions. It also supports joint business planning, in-stock performance, and corrective actions across retailers, 3PLs, warehouses, and stores.

Lead ZURU's commercial partnership with Target, owning P&L, assortment strategy, negotiations, promotional planning, and cross-functional alignment to drive growth across Pet, Household, Confectionary, and emerging categories. Use syndicated retail data to shape category strategy, optimize supply and demand, and scale brand launches while maintaining retailer relationships and execution excellence.

Manage and grow ZURU's business at Target through joint business planning, buyer relationship management, in-store and online execution, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize shelf share, distribution, and P&L performance.

Lead CPFR collaboration with retailers to optimize inventory, own custom replenishment reporting, drive S&OP cycles, manage supply chain operations and promotional inventory execution, and support e-commerce fulfillment strategies.

Manage and grow a significant portion of ZURU's business with a major US retailer. Develop customer business plans, drive sales, profit, distribution, and market share, build financial models, forecast demand, analyze category and shopper data, lead customer meetings, influence assortment and promotional decisions, and partner cross-functionally to execute strategies.

Support data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis. Write and run SQL queries, use statistical tools and Python, produce visualizations, document methods, troubleshoot analytics tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Lead US retail expansion for Gumi Yum by securing listings across grocery, dollar, club and specialty channels. Manage US candy broker, prepare sell decks and P&L, drive trade execution (pricing, promotion, display), lead retailer negotiations, collaborate cross-functionally, and launch innovations into retail.
