Manage mid-market/enterprise customer accounts to drive product adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and upsell. Act as product expert, deliver training and business reviews, monitor usage, document account activity in CRM, forecast renewals, and attend industry events to meet net revenue retention targets.

Partner with sales to deliver tailored pre-sales technical demos and support for Radicle Health's SaaS products. Contribute to RFPs, develop demo environments and sales assets, gather and relay customer feedback, collaborate with Product and Customer Success, and improve sales tactics by reviewing Gong recordings.
