Own end-to-end demand generation for an assigned enterprise market, including strategy, messaging, budget, integrated campaigns, ABM, events, nurture, and funnel performance. Owns Salesforce Sales Cloud and the broader business systems stack, including administration, automation, integrations, data quality, security, troubleshooting, and reporting. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to define and deliver solutions. Manages system enhancement and integration projects end-to-end, from scoping and prioritization through testing, rollout, and documentation, while independently supporting a remote-first organization.

Own a portfolio of enterprise brand accounts, advising CMOs and senior marketers on consumer intelligence insights. Drive adoption, renewals, account expansion, QBRs, forecasting, and strategic account planning. Translate complex marketing challenges into actionable, data-backed recommendations, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Represent Resonate at client meetings and industry events.

Leads technical discovery, solution design, RFP responses, demonstrations, pilots, proof-of-concepts, and data testing for enterprise marketing and media clients. Acts as a trusted advisor on data, privacy, identity, attribution, and activation, translating technical concepts into business decisions. Partners with Sales, Research, and Product teams while influencing platform enhancements and supporting client implementations.

Own the Data Activation product, including strategy, roadmap, packaging, pricing, partner integrations, API and architecture requirements, taxonomy, audience delivery workflows, monitoring, and launch measurement. Collaborate with leadership, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to scale data distribution across DSPs, SSPs, walled gardens, CTV platforms, identity providers, and data platforms while driving revenue growth.

Design, build, maintain, and optimize Spark and Scala ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS for terabyte- and petabyte-scale datasets. Work across S3, Snowflake, Kafka, and monitoring systems, resolve production data-quality and performance issues, write automated tests, participate in architecture and code reviews, and support on-call operations. Use generative AI to improve pipeline development, monitoring, and engineering productivity.

Owns a portfolio of Data-as-a-Service products end to end, including vision, roadmap, requirements, agile delivery, pricing, packaging, distribution, privacy compliance, and go-to-market execution. Partners with engineering, data science, legal, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver data enrichment, identity, and audience products through APIs, clean rooms, marketplaces, integrations, and self-service channels. Uses launch metrics and customer insights to guide investment decisions.
