Serve as strategic finance partner for GTM, OQ product line, and G&A/COGS. Own monthly billings and expense processes, maintain driver-based operating model, lead Product P&L and billings analytics, produce executive and board reporting, and partner with leaders on budgeting, headcount, and SaaS metric tracking to drive margin and growth.

Lead GTM change management and sales enablement programs to improve seller readiness, adoption, and productivity. Design and deliver enablement content, sales plays, runbooks, and field communications; coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and RevOps; plan SKOs; measure outcomes and iterate based on CRM/BI data.

Lead delivery of AI-enabled workflows for contractor onboarding, credentialing, and operator compliance. Define scoped projects, metrics (cycle time, error reduction, automation, adoption, safety), partner cross-functionally, and drive customer adoption and measurable safety and efficiency improvements.
