Lead consultative discovery and solution design for complex ERP sales opportunities in the construction sector. Develop tailored software demonstrations, translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions, and engage senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Marketing on proposals, feasibility, and strategy. Provide market insight, create reusable demonstration frameworks, mentor colleagues, and use AI-enabled tools to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.

Partner with customers to implement COINS construction ERP financial modules: gather requirements, map processes, configure systems, deliver training, design reports, support data loading/DataMart activities, and drive high-quality implementation outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale software and ERP projects, managing planning, resources, budgets, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication. Run weekly project and executive steering meetings, partner with technical and professional services teams, ensure documentation and sign-offs, identify process improvements and upsell opportunities, and mentor junior project managers to share best practices and drive successful outcomes.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Research and map accounts, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, use CRM and sales tools, hit KPIs, and develop product and market knowledge to position Access's SaaS solutions.
