Build repeatable AI product packages that drive customer adoption from initial use to team-wide deployment. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to solve technical blockers, translate customer needs into use cases, support Motion’s internal marketing team, and help influencers adopt Runneth. The role combines customer relationship management, marketing knowledge, hands-on AI building, technical problem-solving, and evolving customer success ownership.

Build and own AI-powered product features across Motion’s platform, agentic harness, and customer-facing Runneth product. Responsibilities include understanding user problems, making architectural decisions, shipping rapidly to production, owning significant initiatives, improving systems across the stack, and resolving blockers in a high-ownership environment. The role is an individual contributor position suited to a technical founder or early engineer who has personally built and shipped startup products.

Support hundreds of SMB customers using Motion and Runneth through onboarding, training, proactive outreach, written support, re-engagement, and accurate HubSpot documentation. The role requires fast learning, high-volume communication, strong organization, empathy, and comfort using AI daily. Candidates should have substantial hospitality experience and demonstrate initiative toward technology, marketing, ecommerce, or building new systems.

Drive net-new and expansion revenue for mid-market accounts using consultative sales. Own account management and churn, implement outbound programs, advise on performance creative workflows, coach SMB AEs, and ensure client satisfaction to grow adoption of Motion's AI-native platform.

Design and evolve systems for Motion's infrastructure, focusing on reliable and secure operations across APIs, Linux systems, and cloud environments with a focus on hands-on coding and engineering judgment.

Serve as the front-line expert helping customers and CSMs unblock technical and strategic issues using the Motion platform and AI agents. Triage Intercom/Slack requests, troubleshoot and reproduce problems, train and improve AI agents, surface product feedback, and build systems to reduce recurring issues. Combine product expertise, creative strategy knowledge, and systems thinking to turn stuck customers into confident users and influence product and docs.

The Customer Success Manager will educate clients on creative strategy, build relationships, and help maximize their use of Motion's platform through engagement and tailored support.

The Senior Software Engineer will focus on backend development, designing and maintaining APIs and services, collaborating on features, and enhancing integrations at Motion.
