Provide administrative support to Tax Principals, Directors, Managers, and staff: manage client onboarding and documents, coordinate engagement letters and organizers, process and scan files, manage outsourcing and mailings, support special projects, cross-train, and deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced tax operations environment.

Interns will gain exposure to various clients and industries, working alongside professionals to develop their skills and understanding of tax services. They will engage in career development initiatives and mentorship programs to support their growth.

The Tax Manager will oversee a client portfolio, ensure tax compliance, mentor team members, and deliver strategic tax solutions, while remaining proactive in enhancing service delivery.

Serve as outsourced CFO for a portfolio of clients, leading forecasting, budgeting, cash flow strategy, KPI/dashboard creation, financial statement analysis, process improvement, systems evaluation/implementation, change management, and pre-acquisition diligence while managing client relationships and coordinating with internal and global teams.

Manage and review complex federal, state, and local tax engagements for individuals and closely held businesses; serve as primary client advisor; mentor and review staff work; ensure timely, accurate compliance; identify tax planning opportunities; support business development and collaborate with firm leadership to drive client and firm growth.

Prepare and review tax returns (individuals, corporations, S-corps, partnerships, trusts, estates); correct trial balances and create AJEs; document tax calculations; mentor associates; communicate with clients; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax codes; work independently and in teams during busy season to meet deadlines.

The Tax Sr. Manager will lead complex tax engagements, focusing on consulting, compliance, and team leadership for multi-tiered pass-through entities and C corps.
