Lead implementation and optimization of the FP&A planning platform (Pigment), build driver-based financial models, design data integrations and reporting, own monthly/quarterly/annual financial packages and board reporting, partner with CTO/IT and department leaders, develop dashboards and analyses, and drive continuous improvement across financial systems and planning processes.

Lead QA for web and backend systems: design and execute manual and automated tests (UI, functional, regression, accessibility, API), integrate testing into CI/CD, track and triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, mentor junior QA, and contribute to performance and security testing and process improvements.

Lead and grow cross-functional engineering teams delivering Salesforce-centered services (Sales Cloud, Health Cloud) and backend systems. Drive agile delivery, technical architecture, code quality, cloud/IaC practices, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2). Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Marketing to prioritize roadmap, improve engineering operations, and report performance metrics to stakeholders.
